London Brewers Brew Day in Pictures (6)

Coming to the end of the day now. A final wash down of the equipment.



and running off the boiled wort into fermenting vessel. Just need to add yeast now and wait.

Lovely brew day and pics, what was the grist for the porter used?

Oblivious, it was 250kg pale malt, 38kg crystal, 18kg chocolate, 18kg brown and 13kg munich for ten barrels. Hopping was First Gold and Bramling Cross for bitterness and Goldings and Liberty for aroma.
